Leonardo is the volume shop: tokens, models, a canvas, character consistency. Game, concept, and content teams that need twenty related stills will recognize it. A brand manager who needed one campaign hero will bounce.
We ranked it fifth because consistency-at-volume is a real job and a different job from Midjourney taste or Firefly indemnity. Fine-tunes help. They are not a brand system. Empty style references still look like 'AI fantasy inventory.'
If you are about to generate a hundred SKU lifestyle scenes, stop and read the ecommerce ranking. Photoroom on a real photo still converts better than a generated kitchen that does not exist.
