PhantomBuster is the correct desk when the expensive part is hours a Phantom or Workflow will actually run: LinkedIn search exports, profile visits, a sheet that has to refill, an email-find that sits on a credit. It is a bad substitute for Expandi when the expensive part is a LinkedIn sequence someone will launch, and a bad substitute for Taplio when the expensive part is a post. Mixing those up is how you pay Scale at $439 a month and still live in a 10-row export.
We score it 7.4 as the LinkedIn / web automation-hours pick — under Expandi on the sequencer job, under Taplio on the draft job, next to them when the leftover job is the scrape. Slots
Phantoms and Workflows you keep on the dashboard. Official help: a Workflow can use up to 3 slots. Grow is the parallel-run climb.
Credits
AI, email discovery, URL finder, CAPTCHA. Official help: they cannot be traded off the plan for a discount. Unused credits reset.
Verdict
Buy Start after the 14-day trial already exported more than 10 rows. Buy Grow when 20 hours or 5 slots are the wall. Do not buy Scale as Expandi or Taplio.
