People search 'AI stack for podcasts' after a vendor demoed an operating system that books the guest, writes the episode, clones the host, cuts the ramble, and ships twelve Shorts while you sleep. The honest 2026 stack is smaller: a show you already have a point of view for, a brain you already open, then one seat per bottleneck you can name. If you cannot name the bottleneck, you are not shopping for a stack. You are shopping for a slide that will not survive Tuesday.

Add Riverside when the guest is the show — and stay off the meeting bots

- Otter or Fireflies as the default studio. Meeting recaps belong on the transcription ranking. Wrong first buy for a show you will publish.
- An 'AI host' that promises a daily show from an RSS of headlines. That is how this category earns screenshots. It is not a ranking row.
- Opus Clip as the first seat if you have not recorded. It clips a finished file. Garbage long audio becomes garbage Shorts, faster.
- Adobe Podcast Enhance as a studio. Useful cleanup on a file you already have. Honorable mention on the podcast ranking, not a fourth scored editor.
- Jasper as a personal-show default. Jasper is the brand desk when the podcast is one channel among ads and email. Overkill for a founder interview. Is Jasper worth it is that decision.
