A sane AI stack for real estate (2026): a ladder, not a 30-logo realtor OS

Start with ChatGPT and the listing you can defend. Add Photoroom when the phone photo is the click. Add REimagineHome when the room is empty. Add Structurely only when the lead goes cold. Skip the rest until a step is named.

01

ChatGPT

8.3/10

Best default writing seat

The default brain. Still the right first writing seat for most people.

ChatGPT is the baseline every other AI writing tool has to beat. For a solo operator with a decent brief, Plus is still the correct first purchase in 2026: drafts, rewrites, outlines, and the ugly first pass on a landing page. Image generation in the same tab is a different review — ChatGPT Images on the 2026 image ranking. Claude vs ChatGPT is the two-way fight if the other tab in the meeting is Anthropic. ChatGPT vs Gemini is the two-way if the other tab is Google. Perplexity vs ChatGPT is the two-way if the other tab is a research engine. On a coding desk it is a helper tab, not an IDE — that ranking is AI coding. On an SEO desk it is a draft helper, not a content-score platform — that ranking is AI SEO.

Best for
Anyone who needs a strong general writer, researcher, and editor in one tab.
Skip if
Several people have to sound like the same company every week — that is Jasper's job.

Why it ranks

  • The best generalist writer most operators will actually open
  • Research, drafting, and editing in one thread beats a template farm
  • Plus is cheap enough that 'should we buy a copy tool' is a real question

Watch-outs

  • No shared brand voice unless you build the habit yourself
  • Easy to publish confident filler if nobody owns the facts
  • Not a campaign system, a sequencer, or a style-guide desk

02

Best AI real-estate ISA

An AI ISA for real estate — speed-to-lead texts, not a prettier CRM.

Structurely is the real-estate AI we would shortlist when the leak is speed-to-lead. Portal inquiries, after-hours texts, a first conversation that does not wait for the agent to finish a showing. That is an ISA job. It is not a listing writer.

Best for
Brokerages that lose leads in the first five minutes and will let a bot start the text.
Skip if
The leak is listing copy, a listing photo, or a staged empty room. ChatGPT, Photoroom, REimagineHome.

Why it ranks

  • The honest AI for 'we need to text the portal lead before they go cold'
  • Qualification and handoff a sales manager can audit
  • A real product, not a ChatGPT prompt taped to Follow Up Boss

Watch-outs

  • You will still need a human ISA or an agent who answers the warm ones
  • A bot that sounds eager can still book tire-kickers. Review the transcripts
  • Wrong tool if the problem is the listing, the photo, or the Facebook ad

03

Photoroom

8.4/10

Best product-image AI

Product photos that look like you had a studio.

Photoroom is the rare AI image tool with a boring, profitable job: make a messy phone photo look like a product image. Marketplace sellers, Shopify stores, and resale shops get more from this than from a general image generator.

Best for
Sellers who shoot on a phone and still need marketplace-ready images.
Skip if
You already have a studio and a retoucher on payroll.

Why it ranks

  • Background removal and scene generation that sellers will actually use
  • Fast enough for a 40-SKU upload night
  • Mobile app is a real workflow, not a demo

Watch-outs

  • Generated scenes can look like a catalog from nowhere if you get greedy
  • Not a full DAM
  • Batch work still needs a once-over for shadows and edges

04

Best virtual staging

Virtual staging for empty rooms — a listing photo job, not a Midjourney moodboard.

REimagineHome is the virtual staging tool we would hand an agent with a vacant listing. Upload the empty room, pick a style, get furniture that is usually good enough for MLS and social. That is a real 2026 job. It is not Midjourney, and it is not a reason to generate a house that does not exist.

Best for
Agents and listing teams who need furniture in an empty room without a staging truck.
Skip if
You had a phone photo that needed a cutout or a clean wall — Photoroom. Or you needed a campaign still — Midjourney.

Why it ranks

  • Built for listing photos, not a fantasy kitchen from a text prompt
  • Faster and cheaper than physical staging on a vacant listing
  • The honest image tool on a realtor shortlist

Watch-outs

  • Disclose virtual staging. Buyers and boards still have rules
  • Weird chairs and melted rugs still happen — you will reshoot some rooms
  • Not Photoroom. A cluttered lived-in photo is a different job

REimagineHome

People search 'AI stack for real estate' after a vendor demoed an operating system that writes the remarks, texts the portal lead, stages the vacant room, and posts the Reel. The honest 2026 stack is smaller: a brain you already open, a listing photo you can defend, then one seat per bottleneck you can name. If you cannot name the bottleneck, you are not shopping for a stack. You are shopping for a slide that will not survive the next open house.

This is a ladder, not a dump. The real-estate ranking is the scored four-way — ChatGPT 8.3, Structurely 8.0, Photoroom 8.4, REimagineHome 7.7. The marketing ranking and the writing ranking are the longer campaign and brand tables. The free-tools ranking is where a solo agent actually starts. Read this one if you are trying not to buy five realtor logos in one quarter — or to add the second one on purpose.

Start here

Facts from the walkthrough, ChatGPT Plus, and the MLS box you already publish in. Most 'we need an AI real-estate stack' tickets are this ticket with extra procurement. Listing remarks, a CMA blurb, a follow-up you will rewrite. Plus is $20. Custom GPTs are close enough to a voice file for one agent. They are not an ISA, a catalog studio, or a staging truck.

Stay here until a named leak shows up on a listing weekend: the iPhone shot still looks like a hostage situation, the vacant living room is emptying the click-through, or the Zillow lead goes cold while you are in a showing. If none of those are true, another logo will not make the listing distinctive. Invented granite is not an AI job. Cut it in the remarks you already own.

  • Start: ChatGPT Plus plus the listing you already have to defend — then one named leak
  • Do not start: a 30-tool 'AI for realtors' OS, a second writer, or a dialer before you have a lead you will answer
  • Honest watch-out: a prettier remark will not answer the phone, and a stack will not invent a showing

Add the next seat when the bottleneck is named

Add Photoroom when the listing photo is the click

The leak is a cluttered phone photo — a clean wall, a cutout, a sky that is not gray mush. Photoroom Pro is the honest listing seat: about $7.50 a month billed yearly, or about $12.99 month-to-month, on photoroom.com/pricing (checked 19 September 2026). Photoroom's own Help is blunt: Free is not licensed for commercial use. Skip Photoroom if the room is vacant and you needed furniture — that is REimagineHome. Skip it if the still is a campaign hero that is not the property (Midjourney, then the images ranking). Is Photoroom worth it and Photoroom pricing are the catalog versions of this paragraph. Disclose anything you invent.

Add REimagineHome when the room is empty

The leak is a vacant listing that looks like a storage unit. Upload the empty room, pick a style you will reuse, recut the weird chairs. Credit packs, not a seat — we will not invent a per-room sticker the vendor did not put on a public card we could stand behind. Skip it if the input is a lived-in phone photo that needed a cleaner wall. Skip it if you will publish a generated interior as the actual house. Disclose virtual staging. Always. Boards, portals, and buyers still care. The real-estate ranking already docks 'this is the actual house' energy.

Add Structurely when the lead goes cold in five minutes

The leak is speed-to-lead — portal inquiries, after-hours texts, a first conversation that does not wait for the showing to end. Structurely is a brokerage quote, not a $20 agent tab. Buy it if you have enough volume to staff the handoff and you will read the transcripts. Skip it if you get four leads a month. A Plus habit and a phone will embarrass you less than a bot you do not read. Skip it if the leak is the paragraph or the photo. Ylopo and Lofty stay in the ranking's honorable mentions as ads-plus-conversations or a CRM — different stacks, wrong defaults if the leak is a remark.

Add Jasper or Canva only when the brokerage is actually a marketing desk

The leak is voice across a bench, or a tile the client can see. Jasper if several people have to sound like the brokerage every week — the writing ranking, then Jasper pricing. Canva if the one-pager and the story still look like a Google Doc — the design ranking, the marketing ranking. Skip both if you are one agent with a good walkthrough. The marketing-stack guide is the in-house sibling if the desk is campaigns, not listings. Predis or Buffer if nothing is queued — the social ranking. Do not add them because a realtor Twitter thread said 'content.'

Stay on free seats until the leak is paid

ChatGPT Free is a real taste. Photoroom Free is not a store — or a listing — license. Fathom's free recorder is the meeting tape if the card was the objection (the transcription ranking). The free-tools ranking is the scored version of 'start here without a card.' Leave free the week a remark has to publish, a photo has to convert, or a lead has to get a text. Do not leave free because a vendor demoed an OS.

What is not a rung

  • A 30-logo 'AI for realtors' OS that writes the remarks, texts the lead, stages the room, and posts the Reel so you do not have to look.
  • A second writer because ChatGPT felt cheap. Name the job first. The writing ranking is that page. The wrappers skip-list is the other.
  • A CRM because it added an AI button. Follow Up Boss, Lofty, and CINC are real pipeline tools. They are not this ladder. Buy one if the pipeline is the leak.
  • Restb.ai as a default. That is MLS / brokerage computer vision — honorable mention for enterprises, wrong phone-photo editor.
  • Midjourney on the MLS as the house. Campaign stills belong on the images ranking. Disclose anything generated.
  • HouseCanary or a valuation AI as a listing writer. That is a different buying meeting.
  • A 40-template Chrome extension you will not open in week four.
Most 'we need an AI real-estate stack' tickets are a ChatGPT ticket, a Photoroom ticket, or a Structurely ticket. The word realtor is doing too much work.Aiacent stack guide, 2026

A solo agent vs a 6–12 person shop, in one pass

Solo or two-person team: ChatGPT Plus, Photoroom if you shoot on a phone, REimagineHome if a vacant listing is on the calendar this month. Stop. Do not buy Structurely until a lead engine exists. Do not buy Jasper until a second writer exists. Do not buy Buffer until a week is actually a week. A 6–12 person brokerage: keep Plus for agents who write alone, add Photoroom as a shared Space (one subscription, not five Pros — Photoroom Help), add REimagineHome when vacant inventory is a program, add Structurely when response time is the leak and someone will read the transcripts, add Jasper when listing copy became a brand-voice problem across a marketing bench, add Canva when the tile is the deliverable. That is a stack. A slide with twelve 'AI for realtors' logos is a directory. The real-estate ranking is the RFP if you want the scores in one table. The marketing-stack guide is the RFP if the desk is campaigns, not listings. The free-tools ranking is the RFP if the next seat still has to be $0.

Verdict

Do not start from a list of logos. Start from the listing and ChatGPT. Add Photoroom when the phone photo is the leak — Photoroom pricing if the fight is the seat. Add REimagineHome when the room is empty, and disclose it. Add Structurely when the lead goes cold and you will staff the handoff. Then read the real-estate ranking if you want the four scores in one table, the marketing ranking if the other desk is campaigns, the writing ranking if the next buy is the brand seat, and the free-tools ranking if you are still proving the habit without a card.

FAQ

ChatGPT Plus plus the listing you already have to defend, then one seat per named leak: Photoroom for the phone photo, REimagineHome for a vacant room, Structurely for speed-to-lead. There is no 30-tool AI realtor OS worth buying first.
