Premium still exists if the receipt is Apple or Google. Those rows were checked against Grammarly Support ('How much does Grammarly Pro cost?') and grammarly.com/plans on 19 September 2026 — the same pass as Grammarly pricing and is Grammarly Premium worth it.

Buy Grammarly if the expensive part is the box you will not leave
Grammarly earns the desk when the sentence is already in Gmail, Zendesk, Docs, Slack, or the CMS the intern will not leave. Tone, clarity, a suggestion that appears where the words already are. The teams that like it treat Grammarly like a copy editor who follows them around. The teams that hate it wanted a paraphrase mill and got a green underline.
Free still catches the typo. You will pay for Pro if you want generative rewrite and tone — $144 a year if you are not the monthly-$30 trap. Skip Grammarly if you only write in one app that already has a great model. Skip it if the leak is a passage that has to be said five ways — that is QuillBot. Teams, brand, governance
Grammarly Pro already has team features that used to be Business — style guides, brand tones, snippets, up to 149 seats. Enterprise is SSO and DLP. QuillBot Team is a consolidated Premium invoice plus a team style guide; the help center does not print a public sticker. Do not buy QuillBot Team as a cheaper Grammarly Enterprise. Do not buy Grammarly Enterprise because Premium felt lonely.
What neither tool should be
- Your brand desk — there is no voice card the intern cannot ignore. That is Jasper.
- Your default brain. That is ChatGPT. Grammarly vs ChatGPT.
- A plagiarism-evasion kit. Fluent folklore is still folklore.
