The Aiacent take
Krisp is the correct seat when the expensive part is audio other people can hear — kids, HVAC, a café, the other side of a shared call — and you will actually leave it on. Meeting notes and accent conversion sit on the same Meeting AI ladder. They are not a reason to skip Otter if someone glances at live captions, or Fathom if the card was the fight.
We score it 7.5 as the noise-cancel meeting seat. Otter still wins live notes (7.9). Fireflies still wins the archive (7.8). Fathom still wins the free recorder (7.7). Call Center Core at $15 an agent billed annually is a different product on the same krisp.ai/pricing page. Mixing those jobs is how you pay $8–$16 for a third notetaker and still ask people to mute.
Meeting AI list prices come from krisp.ai/pricing, checked 19 September 2026: a 7-day Free Trial with no credit card on the card we opened; Core $16 per user per month or $8 on the annual toggle; Advanced $30 or $15. Core listed unlimited noise cancellation, a bot-free AI note-taker, transcription, recording, 1 hour a day of accent conversion, and 10 GB. Advanced listed 4 hours a day speaker-side accent conversion, unlimited listener-side, Salesforce and ConnectWise, manager view, and 60 GB. Enterprise is SSO/SCIM, on-device private transcription, and a BAA row for 100+ seats. Call Center Core is $15 per agent per month billed annually. The FAQ on that page still talks about mixing 'Business' and 'Pro' teams — leftover names. The live cards say Core and Advanced. We will not invent a free-forever noise-cancel SKU, a leftover Pro numeral, or an Impact URL.

- The live Meeting AI grid starts with a 7-day trial, not a leftover free-forever desktop app
- Core is not Otter, Fathom, or Fireflies. Buying it as any of those is how this page exists
- FAQ leftover 'Pro / Business' names are not the Core / Advanced cards we opened
Who it's for
- People whose leak is dirty audio on Zoom, Meet, or a headset they already own
- Small teams that wanted bot-free notes and already rejected a second participant
- Contact-center buyers who will open the Call Center cards, not Meeting Core
Who should skip it
- Anyone whose week is live captions in the room (Otter)
- Anyone whose week is unlimited tape on a $0 card (Fathom)
- Anyone whose week is last quarter in HubSpot (Fireflies) or coaching from tape (Gong / Grain)
What matters in the product
Noise cancellation
The reason Krisp exists. Two-way NC is a Meeting / Call Center story. A prettier recap will not mute the dog.
Bot-free AI note-taker
On Core. Useful if you will keep it on. Not a reason to skip Fathom when the card was the objection.
Meeting AI vs Call Center
Same marketing site, different invoices. $15/agent CC Core is not $8 Core. Do not budget one as the other.
Verdict
Buy Core when dirty audio is the named leak and the 7-day trial already survived. Do not buy it as Otter, Fathom, Fireflies, or a contact-center costume.
