The Aiacent take
Bardeen survived the 2026 automation pile-up by winning a job Zapier still treats as a side quest: scrape the page, enrich the row, drop the qualified lead in a sheet. Browser playbooks. Credit-metered agents. GTM busywork you would otherwise copy by hand.
We score it as the scrape-and-enrich desk, not an automation-ranking trophy. Zapier still leads the default graph (8.3). Make still wins the visual machine (8.0). n8n still wins the box you will host. Clay still wins the account row. Bardeen wins when the expensive part is a list that lives on a website.
Free is 100 credits every month — unused expire at period end. Paid cards on bardeen.ai/pricing commonly list Basic at $10 and Premium at $50 or $480 a year. Enterprise is custom scrapers and a sales conversation. Confirm the live cards. Do not invent a Business sticker.
Product look
Bardeen
Figure slot. No vendor screenshot until we have a rights-cleared file.
Pros
- Scraping and enrichment from the page you already have open — that is the product
- Credit math is public: 1 credit per row, 3 for enrichment, imports and CSV free
- Honest free 100 credits so you can learn whether anyone will run a playbook
Cons
- Not Zapier. A 100-app GTM catalog is not a form-to-Slack graph
- Enrichment triples the meter. Premium empties faster than a homepage admits
- Empty playbooks still invent last quarter's title. Watch the sheet
Who it's for
- Sales and ops people who already live in a browser tab and a Google Sheet
- Solo GTM operators who will map credits to rows before they buy Premium
- Teams whose 'AI automation' ticket was a scrape, not a zap
Who should skip it
- Ops whose leak is three linear zaps across SaaS they already pay for (Zapier)
- Power users who will maintain routers and iterators (Make)
- RevOps whose leak is the account row and a waterfall (Clay)
What matters in the product
Scrape and enrich
The whole point. One credit per row; enrichment is three. Map last month's list before you treat $50 as cheap.
Playbooks and agents
Reusable automations, plus a plain-language assemble step. Review the run. An agent that qualifies the wrong four leads is still your agent.
Verdict
The GTM scrape-and-enrich desk. Buy it when the list lives on a page and someone will watch the sheet. Do not buy it as a cheaper Zapier, and do not buy it if Clay already owns the row.
