The Aiacent take
Reclaim is the correct desk when the expensive part is defending the calendar you already live in: focus time, habits, buffer, Smart Meetings, a 1:1 that keeps sliding. It is a bad substitute for Motion when the expensive part is an AI planner that owns tasks and the week. Mixing those up is how you pay Business at $15 a seat billed yearly and still live in a Motion-shaped task list you never opened.
We score it 7.6 as the calendar defender — under Motion on the planner-OS job, next to it when the leftover logo is Clockwise (shut down 27 March 2026). The productivity ranking is the scored table. Reclaim vs Motion is the two-way.

Skip if. You needed Motion to own the task list, or Clockwise nostalgia is the brief (Clockwise shut down).

The reason Lite exists. If you will not protect the block, you bought a color.
Smart Meetings and scheduling links
Lite is one link. Starter is three. Business is unlimited. Guests can be Attendee Users — confirm the live add-on, not a July promo.
Team OOO and delegated access
Business extras. You are buying EA access and a team calendar, not a prettier Starter.
Verdict
Buy Starter when Lite's one calendar and one link are the wall. Do not buy it as Motion, and do not buy it because Clockwise died.
