Notion AI is the correct AI to buy when the knowledge is already in Notion. Summaries, first drafts, and workspace Q&A beat exporting everything to ChatGPT if your team will not change tools.
Meeting notes now land on a page. That is a real 2026 feature, and it is why Notion AI sits on the transcription ranking — as the wiki-native destination, not as the best live captioner. Otter, Fireflies, and Fathom still win capture. Notion wins 'the notes are already next to the spec.'
It is mid-pack in our productivity ranking because the models are fine, not thrilling, and because a messy wiki with AI on top is still a messy wiki. Clean the house a little first.
