A first-draft proposal, a tighter client update, ten subject lines, a messy research pass. Do not buy monday because the homepage said Work OS AI — is monday AI worth it if that board is already the incumbent, and skip it if you are two people (paid monday starts at 3 users). Almost never buy two work-OS AI add-ons in the same quarter.
Add a writing or marketing seat only when that job is the campaign
The leak is a shared brand voice, a scored ad, or a lifecycle send — not 'we should do AI marketing.' Jasper if several people have to sound like one company (the writing ranking still leads there). Photoroom or Canva if the file is a SKU tile or a one-pager. Klaviyo or HubSpot if the record is the leak, not the sentence. The marketing ranking is that table.
