Reclaim is the correct desk when the expensive part is defending the calendar you already live in: focus time, habits, buffer, Smart Meetings, a 1:1 that keeps sliding. It is a bad substitute for Motion when the expensive part is an AI planner that owns tasks and the week. Mixing those up is how you pay Business at $15 a seat billed yearly and still live in a Motion-shaped task list you never opened.

It is a bad substitute for Notion Calendar when the expensive part is a free shared calendar you already have, and a bad substitute for Reclaim when the expensive part is defending focus time on Google or Outlook. Mixing those up is how you pay a per-seat Pro AI invoice and still live in a task list you never scheduled.
